2 bears

Thanks to all that have visited my site and left such lovely and encouraging posts! I have had such fun doing "show and tell" on a worldwide scale. I think my friends here have gotten sick of me saying "look at this!" everytime they come over. So this blog has saved their sanity.

Here are two girl bears that are heading to the gallery next week. I managed to make them while Jack was asleep and the other two went out for a bike ride.
Some of the fabric I had printed by a local screenprinting company (I try to use up the scaps left over from making bags) and the other fabric was bought retail.

We are off camping tomorrow, so more crafting next week...

they look like perfect valentine bears! Do you design your own fabric and have it screenprinted?

Hey, they are cute bears!!

gocco's are available at Eckersleys at the moment or direct from www.nehoc.com.au (they are really helpful). I think they also have a list of stockists on the website.
They usually sell for about $220AUS
They are great fun and well worth the money (I think)

Welcome to the world of crafty blogging! It's so much fun. I am in Canberra by the way. I love the dress you made too - the photo of it is great. :) I saw the comment about Goccos above - try eBay for a second hand one, even if you have to wait for a while it can be well worth it.

oh and your font is VERY small :)

Yes, I design the prints and give the screenprinter an Illustrator file to produce a screen.

I have only done 2 print designs so far - Botanical and Feathers.
