Nicole once had a 'to do' list on her blog and the one thing that made me laugh was - feed the blog. I think mine has gone hungry this week so a hearty dinner is in order.

Chairs my Poppy Jack made when he was first married (he's now 92!). I am a quarter of the way through recovering them.

My mother's old tennis racquet.

My cousin gave me this frame for recycling paper. He was a great craftsman, wood turner, painter and furniture designer. So I love that he gave this to me.

Some new fabric with my grandfather's (one of them might be my Dad's) old rulers.

And a dress that didn't find a home. I had a batch made up recently and this one was the wrong size for a friend. It's a one of a kind and is looking for a good home. It's 100% cotton and Australian size 14/16 and is $90AUD. Just send me an email if you are interested (my email link is in my shop).

Wonderful old chairs - there is something about the shape of them that just says 'grandparents' to me.
Happy to amuse ;)
