baby quilt

I was asked by a friend to make a quilt for her sister's new baby. I had made one for her other sister two years ago. When it comes to quilts I don't have a lot of patience, so it's big squares all the way.

When I want something detailed, I pass it on to the experts! My lovely Aunty Fuzz is dreaming up something for me to take to the Brisbane Stitches & Craft Show. Can't wait to see that.
I finally tried out my walking foot that had been sitting in a box for a year. And had to laugh at myself as it wasn't put on right and didn't walk at all. Didn't realise this until I had finished.

Fabrics: Blue fabric - Lara Cameron, Pink spot - local craft shop, Red and lavendar fabrics- Kristen Doran Design.

Sewn by: squares sewn up by my pal, Rebecca. Quilted by me.
